Location, cleanliness and had everything we needed

Top level was too hot, no aircon but had a portable fan, that top level needs aircon or something to disperse the heat.

I thought the $154 cleaning fee was excessive. But overall was a comfortable stay.

It's was relatively quiet.

Didn't like the street parking on the narrow street, and there wasn't much street parking either. The fridge had a loud noise that was hard to ignore. We had to move the fridge so it was touching the wall. There were no dish clothes to wipe the bench.

It was a good stay. I will recommend only younger people with no climbing stairs problem to stay.

Cook your own breakfast. Westcity mall is 5mins drive.

There was no air conditioning on the 3rd floor bedroom which got hot cause of the afternoon sun. I dont think it was mentioned on the listing that it has 3 levels with stairs only. It was hard to take our luggage bags upstairs which consists of more then 14 steps. And there was no garage as well mentioned. We always had to park our rental on road far away from the house. There was no rubbish bins outside to empty rubbish from kitchen. The bath towels on second floor bedroom were dirty. I had to wash one of them to use.

Remote needed batteries, so we couldn't operate the TV. A Dish cloth to wipe benches would've bee great, ended up using a flannel, and only 1 huge pot and 1 small pot, a frying pan would've been great. Otherwise everything else was top notch

Great location, quiet neighbourhood, close for highway travel, close to food outlets.

it was close to where we were visiting

the 28 stairs internally. It is not appropriate for people over 55 to climb that number of stairs and not cause balance issues. In NZ you are covered by government insurance for accidents but its a real stretch to expect anyone to climb the first 14 to get to a bathroom. It would not be good for a Mum with young children because it is too many for toddlers, pregnant mums, or impaired adults eg drunk or mobility impaired.

Modern, clean, fresh, comfortable accomodation

Central location to our needs, amazing layout and comfortable areas,great kitchen, lovely and clean place. Was a nice home away from home. Will definately come back and stay again.

Available parking was limited at times.
