This is a very tiny, yet clean room with full private bathroom. It is very reasonably priced, so it's excellent value for the money. The host clearly did their best to make this tiny space livable and comfortable. The building itself is constructed with no soundproofing, so you can hear how the host blinks when they are in the room behind the wall. Not sure how typical is that fro Calgary: I have nothing to compare with.
There was only one hand towel, and no bath towel. Having at least one large towel would be nice.

a room with private bathroom for an affordable price in calgary. good location, far away from city centre but quiet and safe, close to parks and shops. a small fridge and a tv with streaming provided. easy to check in and out, parking available
the room is very small, it's hard to open the bathroom door which is right next to the bed. the table in the room has 1 leg and is very wobbly, quite frustrating! overall the room feels tight, it's hard to move around, but it's ok for 1 person. If this room had a single bed and a suitable bedside table it would not be as cramped as it is now
