The person who we collected the keys from communicated well with us.
Not very flexible to hand the keys back. You had to contact them 1 hour before you needed to hand the keys back. We needed an early departure as we had a ferry to catch so I contacted then the day before saying this.
We couldn’t leave at the time we wanted to, had to wait for the person to come and collect the keys.
A key safe would make it flexible for customers.
Also the ceiling height in the bedroom is only 5.5ft. You have to bend over to be up there. This isn’t stated in the details. Plus the stairs to get to the bedroom are very steep. Not good for someone with mobility issues again not stated in the details.
