About this apartment rental
Located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of the luxury residence 'Deauville Plage 2', this beautiful T2 apartment of 27 m² of living space + small terrace equipped with a table and chairs, has a breathtaking view of the sea and proximity (80 m). The large sandy beach has its surveillance post at the very foot of the residence where you can, from the loggia, see boats and racehorses (in thalassotherapy treatment in Deauville).
Very clean and fully equipped, this T2 has a large entrance opening onto the living room with 2-seater sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen area. The bedroom with comfortable double bed and velux with sea view overlooks the separate shower room/WC with small bathtub under the sloping ceiling.
For weekends from Friday to Sunday: contact us for the modalities (flexible hours, cleaning...)
Apartment in very good condition and fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, TV, DVD player. A large free public parking lot is in the immediate vicinity. A large closed box is at your disposal in the adjacent residence
In a few minutes, you can take your children on foot to see the Paleospace and its dinosaurs or walk around the marshes. You can also, still on foot, look for fossils at the foot of the 'black cows' cliff.
The lively little town of Villers, located between Deauville and Cabourg, will offer you its magnificent seafront, its market, its events, its church, its beautiful villas, its tennis courts. On site or nearby: golf, thalassotherapy... (see tourist office).
Housekeeping is not included and linen is not provided. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a person who can meet your additional needs.

The property was exactly what we wanted for a week. Not good ob the fourth floor when the lift went down, but that was only twice. With a small shopping area nearby (try the sit in Pizza place) which was ok for first our first night's needs. Parking was no problem either.
There was good communication with the owner and was very detailed.

We loved staying at this cozy apartment close to the beach. Many of Normandy's beautiful and historical attractions can be reached from here.
The bed could use a new mattress though - clean but not the most comfortable.

Very functional well located near the beach very good communication with the owner as well as well we were welcomed by Mme Penglau who made us feel very comfortable so I do recommend this flat

Appartement bien situé et relativement calme. L’appartement est très petit et encombré par des meubles qui prennent beaucoup de place et qui pour certains ne sont pas en bon état. Difficile de prendre une douche en sous pente!
