This apartment was fully renovated in 2021. It’s located in a peaceful, secure residence with a private parking space in front of the apartment.
There’s a private entrance from the garden level, where a terrace, an awning, and patio furniture await you so you can enjoy the sun all day long.
Featuring a loggia, you can enjoy a coffee break in any weather by opening or closing the sliding glass doors.

-Bedroom: 160x200 cm double bed with an excellent pocket-spring mattress. Travel crib with mattress. Walk-in closet.

-Living room: 140x190 cm Rapido sofa bed, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, coffee table.
-Kitchen: Dishwasher, washing machine, pyrolytic oven, induction cooktop, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dining table....
-Loggia: Equipped with thermal blinds, coat hook, shoe storage bench, half-moon table with chairs, storage cabinet (beach toys for children).
-Terrace: Outdoor furniture, awning.
Guest access
. The residence is secured by a gate access card. A private parking space is assigned to you right in front of the apartment so you can get around freely on foot.
Just 50 meters away, you’ll find a shopping area with: a bakery, a butcher shop, a grocery store, a bar and tobacco shop, a pizzeria...
All you’ll need to bring is your beach bag to head to the waterfront (50m).
Just 500m away is the Marais Nature Park, home to the Paléospace. You can explore the museum or take a family stroll around the lake; there’s a dedicated children’s area.
After a 15-minute walk or just a 5-minute drive, you can explore downtown Villers-sur-Mer.

Logement très propre ou tout fonctionne très bien

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est très bien (déco, équipements, proche de la mer…). Nos 2 enfants de 5 ans étaient ravis.

Juste une petite info que nous avons omis de signaler la linette des toilettes dangereuse plusieurs pincements pour les enfants elle est mal adaptée au toilette

Un charmant petit pied à terre, bien aménagé et équipé, décoré avec goût. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour à deux pas de la mer. Sans oublier le service de conciergerie au top.
