La situation proche de la mer et de petits commerces. Le calme. La distribution de l'appartement. Le grand balcon. Le bon suivi de la concierge.
Il manque une tringle et quelques cintres dans le placard de la chambre. Douche à rénover.

De locatie van het appartement was voortreffelijk.
Afvoer douche was verstopt, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat waren defect. Toilet werd versperd door een grote boiler daardoor stootte ik diverse keren mijn hoofd. Er waren slechts 2 pannen in de keuken waarvan eentje bol stond dus niet bruikbaar op de keramische kookplaat.
