I liked the fact for the same price as a hostel, I got my own room. Small but perfect for me. Slept great!
The stairs (my fault for not checking)- hard with a big suitcase. Maybe my own bathroom would have been better BUT I knew that wasn't part of the room

Really convenient to Belfast city centre, full of privacy, the staffs in the kitchen are sufficient and clean. There are enough items in the bathroom so you don’t need to bring anything.

The bed was very comfortable and the house was in a quiet area.
Be sure to use the postcode as there are 2 roads called Albert Road.

The accommodation is quite close to the centre of Belfast and compared to other accommodations reasonably priced. The contact with the host was good and I was happy that I could park my bicycle in the backyard. Room was small but clean.
The accommodation is basically a student accommdation, and for that reason the shared spaces were messy and filled with stuff from other guests. In the morning you could smell food - prepared in the kitchen - all through the house
