Great location, very close to the Metro station, fully equipped kitchen, coffee whenever you like, two separate bathrooms and two restrooms. Everyone can have their own room. Everything you need to spend a great time in Paris with your family or friends.
Maybe it could be a bit cleaner on some spots, e.g. dust on shelves, but still it's a 10/10 for the price.

Велика простора гарна затишна зручна трирівнева квартира. Співвідношення ціни і якості-знахідка. Наявність достатньої кількості спален,зручні ліжка,кухня повністю обладнана і має усе і навіть більше для приготування їжи.Наявність прально-сушільноі кімнати..Гарне містечко,що знаходиться на паризькій лініі метро.До центру 20-30 хвилин. Поруч у хвилинному доступі продуктові магазини,кафе,ресторани.Господар завжди на звʼязку.Легко знайшли та потрапили у квартиру.
Не зіпсувало враження ,але були моменти.Дві спальні знаходились на мінус першому поверсі поруч з пральне,вікна були зверху і не відчинялися,був присутній запах,але була потужна витяжка. Не змогли налаштувати гарний потік води в одній із спален та увімкнути рушникосушарку .Деякі шафи були зачинені і не завадило б у нашу спальню стійку для речей.
