* With 18 m² (194 sq ft) in a single room, the studio is smaller than it looks in the photos. You sleep on a double sofa bed: once it is open, there is little room left to move around. It suits two guests who spend their days out, less so guests looking for space or travelling with a lot of luggage.
* The apartment is in Montrouge, a town bordering the south of Paris, and not in the heart of Paris. The centre is reached by metro line 4 from Mairie de Montrouge station: if you want to see everything on foot, this apartment is not the right choice.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned: in summer, especially during heatwaves, it can get hot. Guests sensitive to heat should take this into account.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will enjoy a view of the Eiffel Tower from the window, a 5-minute walk from Mairie de Montrouge metro station (line 4), which runs directly to Châtelet, in a studio with an open-plan kitchen and a Nespresso machine.
