Le Montrouge BEL APPARTEMENT CONFORT GLAM CHIC

This is a beautifully designed and stylish apartment with a wonderful atmosphere. We particularly loved the layout, the tasteful interior, and the overall comfort of the space. Having a separate living room and bedroom was a great advantage. We also really appreciated having a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The kitchen was well equipped with an oven, and having an elevator was especially helpful when carrying our large suitcases. The neighborhood was also very pleasant, with a lovely local atmosphere, excellent restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. Overall, we truly enjoyed the apartment itself and found it a wonderful place to stay during our visit to Paris.

This is such a lovely apartment that we would genuinely consider staying here again. For that very reason, we would like to share a few points that we hope can be improved for future guests. First, responses to our questions were extremely slow, which caused us considerable anxiety, especially before check-in. More timely communication would make a significant difference to guests' peace of mind. The key collection process was also unnecessarily difficult. The lockbox was located quite far from the apartment entrance, and the instructions were not clear enough. Although photos were provided, it was difficult to understand exactly what the pointing finger in the pictures was indicating. We ended up spending a considerable amount of time trying to work out the location, almost like detectives solving a mystery! Simply marking the exact location of the lockbox with a red circle in the photo would make the instructions much easier to follow. We were also unsure how and where to return the lockbox at check-out, so clearer instructions for that would be very helpful. Inside the apartment, the bedroom wardrobe was being used to store a vacuum cleaner. The shelves were dirty, and the wardrobe doors did not close properly, which was disappointing. Another inconvenience was the limited hot water supply. After filling the bathtub and allowing two or three people to bathe, the hot water ran out, which was not ideal for a group staying together. Finally, there were no wine glasses provided, so we had to buy some at a nearby supermarket. Having wine glasses available would be a particularly welcome addition for guests enjoying their stay in France. Despite these issues, we really appreciated the beautiful apartment. With some improvements to communication, check-in instructions, and a few practical details, this could be an even more exceptional place to stay.

Очень понравилась атмосфера и стиль апартаментов. Мы специально искали именно такой вариант — с парижским характером и красивым интерьером. В целом было уютно и приятно.

Раскладной диван и постель были не в лучшем состоянии. Не хватало некоторых средств гигиены и посуды. Также в апартаментах нет кондиционера, а на всех был только один вентилятор, поэтому в жаркую погоду было не очень комфортно.
