If you need space, comfort you will find it in the apartment with very helpful and kind hosts.

It was an excellent experience. We were three colleagues, each of us having a space - two bedrooms and the living room. Kitchen is separate so everything worked perfect. Our lectures were walking distance, around 20 minutes from the apartment. Also Metro line 4 stop is around 12 minutes walk from the apartment and we used it regularly for exploring Paris after work. It is a resident neighborhood, very safe, there is a supermarket next to the building, very convenient.

From our perspective everything was just as it should be.

Highly recommend Paris staying

Stephane and Christine are very friendly. They provided very useful information for us to check in. The location is very good, buses near by and supermarket is just on the ground floor. Rooms are very clean and organised.

It's not the landlord's fault, but there are too many mosquitoes in Paris.

Fantastic stay!

Fantastic landlord who was available at any time of the day or night. Due to our fault, we needed his intervention at 11:50 pm on Friday night. Within 10 minutes he was there to help us. Spacious apartment, perfect for a large family. There were 7 of us. The kitchen has everything you need. Very clean.

Pleasant life in this apartment - we recommend it

The apartment is large, clean, well located and well equipped. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom has a shower and hot water and is spacious. There is an electric radiator in the bathroom suitable for drying towels and laundry. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is bright and the heating is fine. We were very happy with our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. We would definitely come back to this apartment. We would like to thank Francesca and Stephanie for our stay.

Excellent flat in Montrouge.

The flat is an excellent for a family. Spacious, separate comfort Rooms, it can be excellent even for large group. Well organized with equipment and with a food market next door.

Only minor issue is the distance from M4 line around 7 min walk.

Apartamento muy bien equipado, cómodo y bien comunicado

Éramos 7 personas y todos teníamos cómodas camas, amplio, totalmente equipado con todo lo que se pueda necesitar y más, hasta capsulas de café, azúcar, material de limpieza etc limpio y muy cómodo.Bien comunicado, Parada de metro a 10 minutos andando y autobús en la puerta. Y el personal que se comunicó con nosotros, super atento y amable, muy agradecidos por su trato.

Très bel appartement, très propre, literie impeccable et confortable. Les sont à l’écoute et disponible. Atout majeur pour nous une place de parking privée. Merci pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité. Je recommande vivement.

Séjour en famille à Paris

L’appartement est assez grand pour loger confortablement 6 personnes. Nous avons pu dormir dans la grande chambre avec nos deux enfants (3.5 ans sur un matelas au sol et 1,5 an dans un lit-parapluie). Le logement a de nombreux rangements dans les chambres et le Auchan en bas de l’immeuble est extrêmement pratique. Nous soulignons que l’immeuble est très silencieux.
