La tranquillità del posto e la cortesia del proprietario, la possibilità di fare il caffè in stanza. Sicuramente l'alloggio ha potenziale e qualità.
Il parcheggio e' privato con sbarra apribile con codice, ma non c'è recinzione attorno alla struttura, che è accessibile quindi da qualsiasi estraneo a piedi. Alcuni gradini di legno della scala che porta al secondo piano non danno sensazione di sicurezza e stabilità ( si muovono) e sarebbero da rivedere. Doccia con accesso stretto, posizione dell'areatore elettrico del bagno cieco posta troppo vicino alla doccia.
