had everything we needed (apart from washing up liquid!) . Comfy beds and sofas, well equipped kitchen. Great games room and really warm pool. Plenty of room for our two dogs.
We arrived cold and wet to find house was really cold. Downstairs radiators were not on at all so it took a long time to reach a reasonable temperature , OK after that.

Loved the swimming pool, and games room. Plenty to do in the surrounding area.
A dishwasher would have been nice, but plenty of hot water,so not much of a problem.

The facilities on site were excellent. The swimming pool was clean and the indoor games area was exceptional.
Towels and cotton sheets spotless.
Close vicinity to Wells-Next-To-Sea and other seaside places.
Lots to do for children.
On the whole the property needed an update.
All a bit tired!
Double bed mattress hard.
Some chipped crockery.
Also, there were a lot of flies because of the horses on the field next door.
Although this could have been due to the weather being extremely hot!
