Удобно расположены, много места, две спальни и два санузла. Тепло. Новый дом, последний этаж, вид на город и Арарат в солнечную погоду. Свежий ремонт.
Коммуникация с владельцами сложная. Я долго пыталась получить ответ на вопрос об оплате. Потом нам прислали фото другой квартиры. Не той, что тут на букинге. Мы согласились, потому что поездка близилась. А там было тоже две спальни и два санузла. Поэтому отзыв про нее. При заселении мне прислали второй номер, сказали писать ему. Этот второй человек дал мне номер третьего. Который должен был заселить нас. В квартире не хватает ковриков для ног в ванных, нет Геля для душа, шампуня, бальзама, в одном туалете нет ершика. Только жидкое мыло. Освежителя воздуха тоже нет. В комнатах нет стульев. Одежду можно только в шкаф сразу убирать. Нет светильников у кровати, бра, только верхний свет, что неудобно. Есть посудомойка - нет ни одной таблетки. Есть стиралка - нет ни порошка, ни капсул. Нет нормального ножа. Нет салфеток.
