RIS Mashtots Apartments Yerevan

The location is absolutely fantastic! Right in the city centre, on one of the main streets, with everything within easy reach. Honestly, couldn’t ask for a better location!

The biggest downside was the lack of an elevator and, more importantly, the complete lack of assistance with luggage. I was travelling with my mother, who cannot carry heavy suitcases due to her age, while I have medical restrictions that prevent me from lifting heavy objects. I admit that I probably should have checked more carefully whether the property had an elevator. However, when I was informed about this just a couple of days before arrival, I specifically asked if someone could help us carry our luggage upstairs. Unfortunately, no assistance could be arranged, despite our apartment being on the FIFTH floor! I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and properties without elevators before, but the staff have always been kind enough to arrange someone to help with luggage. That’s why I found this situation particularly disappointing and difficult to understand. Unfortunately, changing our accommodation at such short notice wasn’t an option, as there was a major summit taking place in Yerevan and practically everything in the city was fully booked. I want to mention that the staff were generally polite and friendly, so this isn’t a complaint about their attitude. However, I genuinely don’t understand why such a basic request couldn’t be accommodated, especially in Armenia, where people are generally so welcoming and helpful. Just a heads-up for future guests: there is NO elevator, and you should be prepared to carry your own luggage up several flights of stairs, even if you’re physically unable to do so.

Amazing customer service, beautiful interior design, very clean and perfect location!
