Добрый время суток, я поехал с супругой на пару дней и бронировал на сутки но по возникающим обстоятельствам нам надо было продлить срок проживания, сравнению с другими арендаторами Нелли лояльна реагировала нашу просьбу и пониманием пошла на встречу даже с удивлением скажу что на продлённого проживания она сделала нам скидку. Спасибо за гостеприимство и понимание.

Прекрасная гостиница! Понравилось абсолютно всё — от чистоты и комфорта до внимательного и доброжелательного персонала. Отличное расположение и уютная атмосфера.🤩🤩

Центральное расположение, хороший контакт с менеджером, быстрый заезд/выезд
Апартамент очень базовый визуально и уставший. Вопросы к качеству уборки, ванная комната выглядела так, как будто в ней и не убирали. Очень сильный запах канализации из душевой кабины. Очень шумно, даже с закрытыми окнами - под окнами бары/ рестораны - музыка и шум до часу ночи. Так что качественный сон - это не сюда.
