Great location, super helpful, always available, wonderful staff.

Excellent location, just a couple of minutes from Republic Square and surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants. The downside to that was the noise at night time, but it would seem that there is a law requiring peace and quiet after a certain time as the live music would always stop at 2300. The room itself was noisy though with some sort of machinery next door that was quite loud. Nice balcony which allowed us to determine the days temperature and then dress accordingly, efficient lifts, clean common areas. Cleaning of our room was problematic; expecting to be able to gain access after 1800 to clean when we're trying to rest after a long day sightseeing before heading out to dinner really isn't good and our first clean was half hearted with floors and surfaces left dirty. We appreciated the cleaning pod for the washing machine which was a nice touch, and the washing up liquid. Trying to make simple meals is tricky though with one giant pot and one giant frying pan - can't fit them both on the hob at the same time and both are far too big for two people's needs. Having said all of that, the location was soo good that we would consider another stay here.

Brilliant location, less than five minutes' walk to Republic Square. Several excellent coffee shops and bars literally on the doorstep. Excellent check in instructions and help when needed from the host via WhatsApp. Apartment was clean, spacious and fully equipped for an extended stay.

Double bed was actually two singles pushed together under a double mattress cover.
