Clean. Perfect location next to the main bars and places to eat in Yerevan. The customer service was top notch. Can communicate on WhatsApp and anything you need is sorted within 5-10 minutes. Sargis was very friendly and always there to help and replied to requests instantly. Comfy and huge bed. would definitely stay here again if returning to Yerevan.

Location was perfect, close to all important attractions and lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Great value for money, really nice and comfortable apartment with great facilities.

What I didn’t like is that the staff didn’t inform us about the downgrade of the room during the check-in process. We’ve booked an apartment with balcony, but after doing the check-in and got into our room, we’ve both realized (my wife and I), that there is no balcony. After I have confronted the staff about this matter, that’s when they’ve mentioned that indeed the apartment with balcony is not available due to “some technical issues”, but we were charged the price of it, but receiving a downgrade in apartment type (no balcony, and smaller), without any apologies and or discounted price, until I have asked for it. The issue was solved, but double check the room during the check-in process, to make sure you get what you’ve booked for. Overall, the issue has been solved, and overall 9.0/10.0 for the entire experience, otherwise the place would deserve 10.0/10.0, but for me, an accommodation is an entire tourism experience where everyone should be professional (such as this situation, if they’ve informed during check-in about the downgrade and offered a discounted price as an apology, would have been a different outcome) and everything top notch.

Le service n’était pas au point, pendant 3 jours je n’ai pas eu une personne de ménage qui est venu me changer les draps et les serviettes. J’étais obligé de descendre pour en avoir.
