Apartment near Republic square, center of Yerevan

Замечательное местоположение, в центре, все близко. Рядом вкусные кафе и рестораны, площадь Республики. Кондиционер, кухня, гостиная и спальня отдельно. В квартире все есть, чего нет - принесут по запросу. Рекомендую.

Шумно вечером под окнами, но нам не мешало.

Apartment was clean but the sofa set needs dry cleaning , it was dirty and some marks , which needs a good cleaning

The apartment is centrally located near republic Square good for families. The apartment is well maintained and kept clean. Kudos to the host Arsen, who is kind enuff to respond to all my queries within minutes. I will definitely come back to stay and will strongly recommend to friends.

I stay in this apartment for 13 days. The place is so spacious and clean and all the necessary equipment are prepared like iron, hairdryer, hoover, washing machine and cooking’s materials. The building is modern and safe. A doorman at the entrance is 24 hours a day. The location is amazing and just a few minute's walk to Republic square and 10 minutes to Opera, Freedom square, and beautiful Cascade. There are so many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. I enjoy my stay and definitely will come back again.

Nothing I dislike, I would just mention a few points for improvement. There was not a mirror in the room or a dressing table and I should only use the mirror in the bath. We were just 2 and the pot and pan were too big for cooking. A smaller pot would be great. The mattress was a little uncomfortable.
