Luxury Apartments on 13 Buzand street by Sweet Home

Spacious apartment located right in the old town of Yerevan. The apartment is huge and has all the conveniences. It was easy to pick-up the keys at the security downstairs. Were also provided with all the necessary instructions upfront. Kitchen had all the basic appliances and utensils to cook your own meals. Two bedrooms were big and comfy. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Wifi quality was poor most of the time. Sufficient for casual browsing but do not expect to take any Teams calls if you expect to work. Also the sound insulation in the building is not so good, we have heard neighbors chatting behind the wall at 5 in the morning. As apartment starts to show some wear and tear, it may be good to fix some minor cosmetic things (although not critical in my opinion).

Very good location, close to good restaurants, coffee places and a small Carrefour. Close to a Christmas market too, but they had not opened yet. The apartment is spacious, was clean and loved the walk-in dressings (not that we needed a lot of storage space for 4 days, but it was nice to have). They provided slippers and tooth brushes (nice touch). Also the gentleman downstairs was very nice, and managed to communicate effectively although he didn't know much English. The check in and check-out were smooth and the owner communicated well over Whatsapp.

I can't say there was something we disliked. Or anything in the control of the owners (the neighbors made a lot of noise, especially some kids, but that's what you get in any apartment building)

L'appartamento è in pieno centro, e vicino a supermercati e servizi. Il check in è stato facilissimo (nonostante siamo arrivati all'1 di notte), la struttura è ampia, ordinata e pulita. Chi la gestisce è stato estremamente disponibile.

Unica piccolissima pecca, avevamo chiesto che ci fosse allestito il divano letto (disponibile da sito), ma si tratta in realtà di un normale divano, per cui chi c'ha dormito non ha avuto lo stesso comfort di chi aveva a disposizione un letto.
