Awesome location, close to everything: city center, park, supermarkets, restaurants, walking areas, playground. Clean apartments, friendly staff. Great view from a studio apartment.
Lack of a dishwasher in a 2-bedroom apartment.

Расположение было отличным, рядом с площадью Республики. Апартаменты чистые и комфортные. Было приятно , что мне предоставили возможность, остаться в аппартаментах до 13:00 дня.
Моё пожелание владельцам, отправлять клиентам инструкцию для заселения заранее , например за 1-2 дня, в связи с тем , что люди могут находиться в дороге ( пара перелётов ), и поэтому хотелось бы заранее знать , как можно получить ключи и попасть в квартиру. Тем более, что многие только проездом в Армении, и доступ к интернету не всегда возможен. Спасибо.

Appartamento molto comodo e accogliente anche per una persona disabile, arredamento moderno, ascensore capiente per la carrozzina, posizione centrale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliatissimo.

Bel appart hôtel, bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville. Il s’agit d’un appart neuf bien équipé et très agréable.
Les rideaux doivent être changés. Ils sont translucides et laissent passer trop de lumière. J’étais réveillé très tôt le matin à cause de la luminosité.
