Magnificent, unique apartment, beautifully decorated, with a swimming pool, an enclosed garden, and a parking space, in the heart of the Occitanie region and rugby capital, Toulouse! A luxury in France's fourth-largest city, you can swim peacefully in your private pool, read a book while forgetting the worries of everyday life in your enclosed garden, and have access to two double bedrooms with private bathrooms. This beautiful Toulouse house, built in 1929, has been in the Cabaré family for several decades. The current apartment was previously a cellar, the ceiling of which is partly made from old railway tracks! The owner's son enlarged this cozy and very well-equipped apartment by renovating the old garage. Single-story gîte, on the garden level (on level -1 of the owner's house, who lives above): the kitchen/dining room opens onto a living room/office and a reading area; A sleeping area (1 bed 140x190cm) also opens onto a bathtub, sink, and toilet; and a second sleeping area (1 bed 140x190cm), without a window, opens onto a bathroom/toilet. Please note: there are no doors between the sleeping areas and the bathroom. WITHOUT A CAR: From Toulouse Matabiau train station, take the L8 bus line (Lanfant stop, on Avenue Jean Rieux, 100m from the apartment). From the airport, you can reach the train station with the shuttle. There is no heating in the house (gîte open from April to October). The toilet next to the bathroom is a macerator. You can park inside the property (closed gate and alarm, but no garage). You will have internet access thanks to the router in Françoise's house. Note to adults: bend down when going from one room to another! The apartment is not suitable for young children due to the swimming pool (no baby equipment available).
