About this apartment rental
The Broadway is an extraordinary apartment, in the heart of the François Verdier district. With a lot of character and exposed bricks, this apartement will seduce you for sure!
With its two double bedrooms and their bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Freshly renovated, this duplex of 61m² located on the 2nd floor, is close to shops, restaurants, theaters (notably Halle aux Grains) and all amenities. You can also choose to walk along the Canal du Midi or in the surrounding parks.
On the ground floor:
It consists of a kitchen open to the living room, a living room, a dining room, a toilet with washbasin, a bedroom and its double bed (140x190) adjoining its shower room.
On the first floor :
A large air-conditioned bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and shower room.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped so that you only have to put down your suitcases. It has TV, washing machine, dishwasher.
You will be welcomed on site in a personalized way by a person of the Cocoonr agency of Toulouse who will present you the accommodation, will answer your questions and will give you the keys. Bed linen and towels provided. Wi-Fi (Fiber), Nespresso coffee maker.
Transportation:
The bus is at the foot of the apartment, the metro is 1 minute walk away. François Verdier station (line B).
VéloToulouse bicycle station 2 minutes away.
Paying public parking: Indigo parking in the basement (Toulouse Carnot).
You can get to the Toulouse Matabiau train station in 10 minutes by metro (2 stations and one line change) or by bus (L1, L8 or 14).
The Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is accessible via the airport shuttle, by bus or tramway from the Palais de Justice metro station (2 stations on line B).

🙂 the location was absolutely great, and the apartment was stunning - perfect for what we needed.

Le Broadway "Comfortable unit maybe better suited to younger fitter people.
🙂 Lovely big spacious lounge. Kitchen well equipped. The internet and smart TV were brilliant.
🙁 The stairs leading to the loft were a problem as well as the lack of toilet upstairs. The toilet downstairs was very small."

Le Broadway "The apartment was beautiful. On a fourth floor (no elevator). Walking distance to the Capitol and very close to the subway.
It was beautifully decorated and cozy with heaters on the main floor in all rooms but not in the upper bedroom.
They received me with a very nice bag of local food goodies it was a very nice touch."

We stayed for 2 weeks. The apartment is in a nice location. Close to the metro, lively, walkable to Jardin des plants, and the city center. In general, the place is charming and spacious. The kitchen utensils are in great condition. This place is a duplex. There are two showers and one toilet on the lower floor. It's quite inconvenient to walk downstair from the master bedroom to use the toilet at night but we got used to the stairs in the 2nd week. However, we had some issues during our stay. First, there were ants on the floor when we checked in. We bought some bug spray to use but it didn't really work. Another issue was that the neighbor left notes (twice!) on our door complaining and demanding us not to use the A/C in the evening because it caused a lot of noise to his bedroom and he couldn't sleep. We reached out to the agency to help us with the issue because we didn't want to have any interaction to the neighbor about this nor we would stop using the A/C. It's June in Toulouse and it's really hot. The main reason we booked this place because we wanted to use the A/C. There was only one A/C in the master bedroom and it caused problem with the neighbor. The A/C itself was quite noisy to us when we turned on "cool" mode. We didn't stop using the A/C completely but we tried to minimize it at night. We didn't feel completely happy about this at all. We asked the agency to get back to us but they didn't respond to us at all about this. At least they should've responded :(
