Small separate kitchen, equipped for simple meals (Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine)
Bedroom with 140 cm double bed, separated from the living room by a curtain (no door)
Shower room with WC, adjoining the bedroom
Private terrace
Bed linen + one large towel per person included (no linen change during the stay, regardless of length – extra linen kit available for €15 if needed)

Only one window, located in the living room and opening onto the terrace
No window in the bedroom
Limited ventilation due to the layout
Terrace access is not direct: you must leave the apartment and walk through the shared hallway to reach it (as shown in the photos)
Pedestrian street in the city center: lively urban environment, but quiet, as the apartment does not face the street
Small kitchen, suitable for simple meals
