About this apartment rental
This bright and modern apartment, located in a 15th-century mansion, is ideal for a romantic getaway. Perfect for exploring the city, it is situated in the heart of Toulouse, just 200 meters from Place du Capitole.
You’ll enjoy its close proximity to restaurants, the shops on Rue Alsace Lorraine, and public transportation.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a tower dating back to 1477, accessible only by a staircase with 70 steps (no elevator).
If you have heavy luggage, we recommend taking breaks during the climb.
This property is not recommended for people with limited mobility, the elderly, or pregnant women.
Inside, the unit is a duplex: the sleeping area is on a mezzanine, accessible via an architecturally designed staircase with narrow and fairly steep steps (good mobility is required).
The bathroom is open-concept, without a door, and opens directly onto the sleeping area.
Check-in is self-service. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a detailed check-in guide at 8 a.m., along with an explanatory video to help you access the apartment. Check-in is available starting at 5 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. at the latest.
An early check-in, starting at 3:00 p.m., can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
For parking, the nearest parking lot is the Capitole, located 200 meters from the apartment. Like all parking lots in Toulouse, it requires payment.
Sheets and towels are provided.
You’ll be staying in a private residence, so it’s essential to be considerate of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
If the apartment is not left clean, an additional cleaning fee of 30 euros will be charged.
If you smoke in the apartment, we will file a claim for 100 euros with Airbnb.
