Cocoonr Agency offers you this 17 m² studio apartment in Toulouse which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 5th floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive living room, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hotplates, etc.
- A double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

The apartment is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Le Colombier Top location and easy check out but… The place is much more worn out in real life. The studio was extremely hot and could not cool down as there is a big fan but not an air conditioner. The toilet makes an awful a lot of noise (but I guess this is because of the lack of pressure).

🙁 105 steps up to the front door didn’t bother me but I can see it might be an issue for older or less able clients.
