Very clean, well equipped, and great communication with the host.
The flat is located near lots of shops and restaurants.
When we arrived, we could only fit one person + one luggage in the tiny elevator!
The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed: clean towels and bedsheets, coffee, tea, salt, sugar, dishwasher pods, cutlery, pans, dinnerware, etc.
The shower is very good!
The neighbors are very loud! We could hear people late at night screaming, laughing, and banging things outside and inside the building.
The trash cans were overflowing since the day we arrived. It causes a bad impression because it’s right at the entrance.
Overall, the experience was great. The host was very efficient in answering my questions and finding a solution for my issues with the checkout- we had an early flight, and the place where we’re supposed to drop de keys wouldn’t be open, but the host found an alternative for us, which was great!!!
I’d definitely recommend it!

Le Petit Capitole Great spot to walk everywhere and see sights easily. A little confusing to locate exact apt 24 once in the building since there are no numbers written on doors or anywhere else. Hopefully they’ve changed that info. Elevator is out so heavy bags tough to port. Besides that, it is a perfect place and location can’t be beat w/ efficient Kitchen and great fan to keep cool. Comfy bed too! Thanks guys and please put 24 on the door.
