Casa Luca – Elegant Coastal Living with Breathtaking Views
Experience the magic of the Amalfi Coast from the stylish comfort of Casa Luca, a beautifully appointed duplex apartment perched above the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Naples.
Designed for guests seeking both relaxation and refined living, this 95 m² home comfortably accommodates up to six guests and promises unforgettable sunsets, panoramic sea views, and all the conveniences of modern comfort.
Located within a quiet residential park in a prestigious hillside area, Casa Luca offers a peaceful and secure setting while being conveniently close to many of the region’s most captivating attractions.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two-story building, enjoying a privileged position with panoramic views of Ischia, Procida, and Mount Vesuvius.
Access and Outdoor Living:
Guests can arrive via the main coastal road through a secure, automatic gate where the private parking area is (one parking space available for small or medium-sized cars). From there, a short flight of 15 steps leads to a spectacular 60-m² main terrace, fully furnished for open-air living with sun loungers, a parasol, an al fresco dining area, a small plunge pool (2.40x2.40, 1.10 deep, open from April 1st to October 31), and a portable charcoal barbecue— the perfect setting for sunset dinners with a view.
Interior Layout:
The ground floor features a bright and stylish living area with a large sofa, flat-screen TV, fireplace, and a dining table for six. Natural light floods the space through large French doors that open directly onto the main terrace. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, 4-ring hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and a breakfast table for four.
An internal staircase of 10 steps leads to the upper floor, which houses comfortable and tastefully furnished three bedrooms. A second modern bathroom on this level ensures privacy and practicality for all guests.
Surroundings and Activities:
Casa Luca is ideally located for exploring the many treasures of the Amalfi Coast and the Gulf of Naples. The sea and local beach clubs are just a short drive away, offering swimming, sunbathing, and water sports opportunities.
The nearby town center provides access to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and shops — all reachable in just a few minutes by car or on foot, depending on your pace. The area is well-connected for excursions to Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento, and the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida. Day trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Naples are also easily organized thanks to efficient road and ferry connections.

We had an enjoyable stay at this home in Sorrento. The views of the Bay of Naples, Mt Vesuvius, and the Sorrento from the two decks and bedrooms were spectacular. The home and bedrooms were spacious, and very clean. The property manager and host, Oana, were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We did have two minor hiccups: one morning there was no water pressure throughout the house, but I don't think it was the fault of the owner, and it was quickly rectified. We also had trouble with the heat; it was not working during our stay which made it a little cool in the house at night, but it did not detract from our enjoyment and positive experience in the home.
