Full coffee service provided for our guests, because we know how critical it is to wake up to that fresh pot! *Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $200 per day for the duration of your stay. Because of the massive size of this pool, it takes 2 heaters to heat this pool. The heating fee just covers the extra utilities required to heat the pool. The heat fee is charged separately after your booking is secured and must be paid in full prior to check-in.
There is no extra charge for heating the hot tub.
**Water Slide: We want all of our guests to enjoy the waterslide safely! This waterslide is suitable for ages 8+ who are strong swimmers. Before guests are given access to this feature, a signed waiver needs to be on file with the host. Waivers are available once you get to the property.

Video disclosure: There are 3 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security to protect our guests. One camera is located outside the front door, another overlooks the driveway, and one looks over the garbage bins on the side of the house. All look out over public places.
Please note that this property is in the desert, and directly across the street from raw desert land. We go to great lengths to treat the property to prevent little critters from bothering guests, but we cannot control nature nor the local wildlife 100% of the time. There are reports of bees in the area from time to time, and scorpions are native to this land as well. The property is treated by pest control every month, and we provide bug spray for guests. Plenty of fun for three generations of family. Really appreciated the game room when the toddler wanted to be awake earlier than the rest of the group! We had a very relaxing family vacation!

The house and pool was above and beyond our expectations. The amenities at the house such as a ninja mixer, multiple crockpots, an air fryer and stocked cabinets with spices and glassware allowed our party of 12 to cook and prepare meals as if we were at home. I’ve never rented a place that provided everything you could ever need so you never have to leave-it’s worth the rental price. The pool is huge and the water falls, slide and large hot tub/spa has you feeling like you are at your own private resort. Our 6 kids used the game room constantly when it was a cloudy/rainy day or needed a break from swimming. And we ran pickleball tournaments with the kids all week long. If you are looking to spend family time at a private resort-this is the place. Our house manager Laura was so responsive-texting us when we got there to make sure everything was going well as well as checking in with us to make sure we had the pool heated correctly (which is hard to do in Dec/Jan but the pool was heated perfectly and the spa was always hot) This house was by far one of top 2 houses I’ve rented in my many years of doing VRBO. The house it set up such that every room except 1 has a bathroom attached so it’s as if it has 5 master suites. We stayed 6 nights and the first two nights were very windy, so leaves and stuff blew in the pool but they have a pool guy come on Wednesdays to clean the pool which was so nice. Thank you for hosting us!
