No. This is a residential neighborhood and parties and events are not allowed.
**When will the pool be heated?**
The pool will be heated from November to April each year. Once it gets to be about 95 degrees outside, the heater will be turned off. The pool is quite refreshingly cool when it is 95 degrees or warmer outside.
**Can I park in the garage?**
Yes!! Especially in the summer you may use the garage.

The host was great, very responsive to questions and checked in to make sure everything was great! The house is amazing and perfect for our family! The big star was the heated pool which our kids and adults loved after a long day of baseball!

House was great, very orderly and clean with lots of room and space. A bunch of activities and things for adults and kids. Owner is very communicative and responsive. Seems like a hotel but in a house, had a bunch of cool little personal toiletries set up and ready for when we got there.
