- Early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.
- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

- Pool heating is optional and additional. The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.

The communication with the host was great! This was the perfect spot for our family of 9 to enjoy, there were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and the pool was amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool table as well as the card table. We will visit again!

This was a great house! Lots of room for our three families to stay, so many beds! It has everything we needed and but we had issues with the pool. The waterfall didn’t work from the button so we had to text the property manager to turn it on and off. Then the pool heater broke and didn’t get fixed the whole time we stayed there. The kids swam a couple times but not as much as we would have liked.

The property was perfect for our Family Reunion. We chose this location because we wanted to stay in place and be comfortable. The house was laid out perfectly for entertaining. We wanted to be outside with lots of available activities for every age. The outdoor space is amazing. There was a covered patio for those who didn't want to be in the sun and a pool and sun deck for those that did. We had putt putt, shuffleboard, and corn hole to name a few. There were stores and provisions close by. We had the best time. The house has anything and everything you could want. And the property manager was ready and willing any time we had a question. Highly recommend.

This house was fine for our purpose, but there is much room for improvement. The beds were AWFUL. They all need to be replaced. The house just seemed cheaply done in general & you could hear everything. There was barely any shampoo & no conditioner. The pool was nice & the games were fun for our kids, but I would not stay at this house again. The furniture was minimal & not comfortable.
