This newly furnished 7 bed 6 bath home is full of amenities you can't find elsewhere. After entering the grand entrance, you'll find a 16ft dining table that accommodates up to 18 guests to dine together.
You'll find modern furniture throughout the interior of the home and an oversized loft with a sport bar.
Each of the two Master King Suites, one of which is downstairs, has a desk and seating area for you to unwind, catch up on work or watch TV in private. Each of the remaining 5 bedrooms, without exception, has a queen size bed w/pillow top mattress, ample closet space, and a smart TV with access to premium channels including HBO and Showtime.
We pride ourselves in offering a luxury family friendly vacation with the perfect activity to accommodate every guest. Experience your favorite film or watch the game in our custom movie theatre which offers a 100'' projector screen, 12 custom movie theatre seats and fresh popcorn from our theatre style popcorn machine. Done with your movie? Just walk right over to our 500 square foot. game room that's fully equipped with Arcade Machine, a pool table, ping pong table, LED smart TV and a fridge to keep your drinks cool without running back and forth to the kitchen.
No vacation in AZ would be complete without a backyard oasis. Lounge by the pool or under the spacious cabanas OR join your family & friends while they play life-size Jenga, life-size Chess, bean bag toss .
One of the largest public tennis courts in Mesa is about a mile away.

Property was nice. Could use a few repairs but nothing that functionally affected our stay, mostly cosmetic. (Loose towel bars, patio ceiling damage, etc.) The owner was very responsive and accomodating when we called, even when it was our lack of knowledge!Appliances worked well and were clean. It can take a minute or so to get hot water to the kitchen and west bathroom. All was good once we knew this.Plenty of parking - we had several extended family members that live in the area over one evening, got 14 vehicles parked off the street.Pool and hot tub were pleasantOverall, it is a nice place. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a group of 14. We loved the pool and outdoor space. The games room and movie room were a fun option. 7 bedrooms gave each couple a private room. The enormous kitchen was perfect for at home meals. The host was very responsive and we had no issues at all.Location is fine as long as you have a car. Mesa is quite sprawling so you need to drive or uber to get anywhere. This was fine for us as we all enjoyed our pool days at the house.Thanks for a great time Hope Street Retreat!

This place has much potential and it’s obvious it had its glory days. The pictures posted in VRBO are dated sadly. Owners need to spend some time fixing what’s broken (the dryer, the hot tub (both very much needed!) and the keurig are examples. Most remote controls (except one or two) needed new batteries.
There were not enough towels nor any washcloths anywhere. The shower curtains all have pink mildew at the bottom so need to be removed and cleaned. If the dryer would have heated lack of extra towels would not have been much of a problem. But the whole time we could not dry any of our laundry.
The game room is very cool but literally none of the battery operated games worked. The air hockey table is a hazard- we worried it would fall over plus it didn’t turn on.
The movie room is amazing! Please leave instructions for others on how to operate the projector and such though! Luckily we had one tech savvy member with us who figured it out but still needed our own ROKU app because the remotes didn’t work at all upstairs.
The ice maker said the filter needs replaced. Water trickled out so we had to buy bottled water.
Our family loved Arizona, and loved this neighborhood. But honestly The Hope Street Luxury Retreat needs some tender loving care put back into it.
