From the moment you arrive, you’ll experience the elevated convenience of a private garage and your own dedicated elevator that opens directly to your residence—no crowded lobbies, no long waits, just effortless access to your serene space.
Inside, the spacious, open-concept design makes it easy to gather, entertain, and unwind. Generously sized windows throughout the main living area frame beautiful Gulf views and fill the space with natural light, bringing the beach just a glance away. Step out onto the expansive balcony for morning coffee or evening cocktails, all with the sound of waves as your soundtrack.
Your days can be spent lounging by the community pool, enjoying complimentary beach service, or simply soaking in the peace and quiet of this low-density building—home to only four condominiums, with just two available for vacation rental. This house sleeps a maximum of 16 guests.
There are several beach towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.
This property has parking for 2 vehicles.
Property requires a 7-night minimum year round.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Wonderful location and great size for our 4 teenagers to spread out. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.Beautiful view of pool and ocean. Fully stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend.
