This brand new luxury home sleeps 22 with 4 King Suites, 2 Double Queen Suites, and a Bunk Room, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite baths. Conveniently located in the heart of Miramar Beach, you are minutes from Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops. - Garage with an extra fridge and parking for 2 cars and 3 cars in the driveway for 5 total (overflow parking is available at front of the neighborhood)
- Elevator that accesses all 3 floors (elevator use is restricted to elderly and handicapped guests only)
- Pool deck with private HEATED pool, a gas grill, and lounge seating
Pool Heating (Optional)
Pool heating is available for $86 per day. Heating must be added for the entire duration of your stay—partial heating is not available due to the cost of initially heating the water. Please request heating at least 2 days prior to arrival.

The property was great. Very clean, kitchen was very well equipped. Middle floor common area was where we spent most of our time. 20 of us occupied the house for the week. Plenty of room. Double washer and dryer was very handy. We were able to enjoy the pool. And the decks were a welcome retreat from the “noise” inside. The only suggestion would be to change the rugs on the bottom floor. They did pose a trip hazard because they would bunch up and curled around the edges. I did have to catch myself a couple of times from falling.

this was a third time to book high cotton, it is begging to feel like our home away from home. Once we reach Miramar Beach, we do not go out for meals. We cook everything there in there well equipped Kitchen. The three sets of beach chairs is very generous and well needed for our family. The last three years we’ve taken our mother there so the elevator helps her maneuver the three floors. She will be 91 in October. My sister also stays in another home and shipwatch so my mother enjoy seeing all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

It was very clean and spacious. Very enjoyable experience. Having the three umbrellas and six beach chairs set up every morning at the beach was great! We plan on coming again next year and I’ve already booked the same location.

Highcotton is amazing! Close to everything you need! The 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach, so convenient! The provided beach chair set-up with umbrellas was great. The communication from Alex’s team was quick and helpful! This was a yearly girl’s trip for 13 of us 65 and older ladies. We all thought it was one of the best houses we’d stayed in! My only suggestion is to add more beach towels. The house sleeps 22, but only has 6 beach towels. Beach towels take a lot of room in a suitcase, especially for a larger family. Again, amazing home, outstanding service!
