Upstairs, a mezzanine offers additional relaxation space for adults and children, with a wide selection of comics. It gives access to the following rooms:
- A bathroom with shower, WC
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a child's bed and a well-equipped playroom area with a library of children's books and board games.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- An enclosed, private garden of 1,000 m² with a 10 m² south/south-west-facing terrace and furniture to enjoy the fine weather, as well as beach toys for children and outdoor games for adults.
The house is ideally located in Denneville plage, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Valognes, approx. 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 1? hours away by car

- Access to the house via 2 steps. Terrace accessed from garden by 3 steps.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
