About this house rental
This charming 97 m² house in Portbail can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 96 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 21 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A bright dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- A second shower room
- A separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, deep fryer, washing machine and electric vehicle socket.
Outside:
- A 13 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A lovely 96 m² private, fully enclosed garden.
The house is ideally located in Portbail (less than 8 km from the beach) in a very pleasant, peaceful setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Portbail beach 7 km away (about 10 minutes by car): water sports activities
- 15 minutes from Barneville Carteret (tourist town)
- D-Day landing beaches less than 45 minutes away
- Mont Saint-Michel 1h30 away by car
- Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg
- Visit to the English Isles (Jersey), Carteret lighthouse, Le Nez de Jobourg, La Tour de l'île Tatihou, le calvaire des dunes de Biville, L'Anse du Brick, la Maison du Biscuit...
