About this space:
Come enjoy some relaxing yet affordable time on the lake! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this well-located home. Smith Lake Park, boat and jet ski rental, restaurants and stores all within a couple minute drive and the city of Cullman less than 10 minutes away for anything else you might need! You can even get Door Dash or Walmart grocery delivery all while being on the lake! Bring your boat, we have room to park it. Great area with low boat traffic for kayaking!
The space:
Wonderful property close to everything, so no worries about picking up those few things you forget or heading out to dinner. So convenient! Freshly remodeled with central heat and air. Easy access to the lake without any steps. Use of paddle boat included, kayaks available for rent for the duration of your stay (Bring your own life jacket, state law requires PFD onboard the vessel when kayaking in Alabama.) I would like to mention that we do get road noise as 222 is a busy road. It doesn't bother us but if you are looking for silence you might not enjoy your time here. Water level is at full pool roughly March thru July. When water level drops the dock with be dry on ground, however; lake is still accessible.

Parties are prohibited - $1000 Fine for violations and you will be removed from the property without refund.
Unathorized Pets - $450 Fine and you will be removed from the property without a refund.

Overall good, hot water would only allow one person a shower, floors would creak loud when walking, and a little overpriced, front porch area could be a little cleaner.
