Island is fully walkable from our location, however: Complimentary beach cruiser bikes, Jolly Trolley, Uber, private golf cart transport on-site*

RESORT FEE ($35/STAY) INCLUDES:
• Complimentary Beach chairs, umbrella & towels
• Complimentary beach cruiser Bike rentals*
• Complimentary Kayak/SUP rentals 10a-2p*
• 10% off all other watersports activities/golf carts/merchandise
• Free dedicated parking on-site (1 vehicle)

PET POLICY:
• One pet is allowed per reservation. A $150 fee applies per pet.
• Any undisclosed pet will result in a $300 fine.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture. Any pet hair found on furniture will incur additional cleaning fees.
• In the event that any rules are violated or additional cleaning is required, any applicable charges will be billed to the card on file.
Security Camera Notice:
For the safety of our guests, staff and property, security cameras are installed in the following outdoor areas:
Jet ski/dock area
South and North Courtyard area
Office door and exterior office area
Parking lot
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the unit (includes vaping, incense, etc.) No parties or events. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund. Please also refrain from loud music, especially in the evening. A $100 charge will be added for lost keys
