Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.
🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.
There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.
Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.
📦 General Guidelines
Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room.
Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.
Bag storage is available, but items are left at your own risk.
Please log out of any streaming services on the TVs. We’re not responsible for post-checkout charges.

The number of guests must match the number on the reservation. No additional overnight guests allowed.

I have been staying here since the 80’s. Absolutely love the location . There is plenty of food options. The room was fantastic and the hotel grounds is amazing. I would recommend property to everyone!!

We absolutely love this place. Pool and property are always clean. Rooms are nicely renocated. Price is great. Just far enough from town for the quiet but close for food and entertainment fthe beach is acreoss the street.

Rooms are as described/depicted, clean accommodations, comfy beds, easy walk to beach, pool is perfect, walk to breakfast and dinner, & parking is included. Enjoyed our stay!!

Antoni and I had been keeping in touch hoping the original property I picked would be repaired after hurricanes. It didn’t finish quite in time and Antoni told me to pick one. I had limited internet so I asked him to send ones close to beach, food and fun. He did and the pick was close to everything I needed. It was clean, large heated pool, comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Thank you Antoni for your help.
