Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.
🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.
There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.
Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room.
Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.
Bag storage is available, but items are left at your own risk.
Please log out of any streaming services on the TVs. We’re not responsible for post-checkout charges.

It’s Florida. If you have good ac, no bugs and a good location, there’s nothing more to ask for. Wait… pet friendly is an added bonus 🤗

This place was such a nice place to stay, the location was perfect, restaurants, shops, and most importantly the beach were in a walkable distance. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures and was overall very clean, the only problem was the some of the dishes were not clean when we got there, but we were supplied with soap and a sponge. I would also like to add that the water pressure was phenomenal.

Nice clean condo, with a small pool to relax next to. The only complaint was the sofa, needs an upgrade, very small and uncomfortable . Overall a nice place to stay.
