This cozy retreat features 3 bedrooms - 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. With a huge party deck and a covered boat lift or a place to tie up some jet skis. Full sized bathroom and a fabulous living room with 2 sofa beds, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring and hitting the lake. Stay connected with WiFi, stay comfortable with heating and AC, and do laundry with the washing machine. Enjoy all that Monticello has to offer when you stay at our place. Big yard and plenty of space to park the toys if you bring them. Friendly neighbors and your host lives around the corner if you ever need anything.

It was really nice, and everything it said it was online! The only two things were that there was no toilet paper, And 10:00 a.m. check out is a bit early for me.

We stayed for memorial weekend and had a great time!! The owner was wonderful and the property had all the amenities we needed for a successful weekend on the water!! Definitely recommend!!
