Country charm only 2.5 miles from Purdue University. Get to campus quickly while enjoying the peaceful setting across from Fort Ouiatenon. Walking trail, bicycling routes, and boat ramp located within steps! Quaint 3 bed, 2 bath home fully remodeled in Spring of 2022. Convenient to Purdue & downtown Lafayette. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Musical instruments included in living room in addition to smart TV for your entertainment. Enjoy overlooking Fort Ouiatenon from front porch rocking chairs.
3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 1 bathroom with rain head shower upstairs, 1 bathroom on the main level with a gorgeous clawfoot tub.

Directly across from Fort Ouiatenon public park and the Wabash River. Public ramp for small boat, kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, etc.
2 parking spaces at the top of the driveway on level surface. 2-3 additional cars can fit in single lane driveway (steep incline). No parking on grass.
Home renovation completed May 2022. Yard and landscaping in progress. As seen in pictures, this property is in a wooded area. House is treated regularly by licensed pest control company but bugs/pests may occur.

The home was near and well appointed. It was perfect for our graduation weekend.

The house was very clean, and the kids enjoyed the instruments in the house and the park across the street. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The one big negative was that the water had a strong rotten egg odor which was unpleasant when getting a glass of water to drink or taking a shower. We asked the host if this was normal, but never heard back from them. Also, there is only one HVAC for the house so the bedrooms upstairs stay warmer than the rest of the house.

The house was extremely clean and a great location. Close to Purdue and downtown but plenty of place to spread out. There is a park across the street. Easy access.

The house was charming and we really enjoyed the stay. Definitely would love to stay there again on future visits to Purdue. Communications with Laura were excellent! Thanks!
