Walking trail, bicycling routes, and boat ramp located within steps! Quaint 3 bed, 2 bath home fully remodeled in Spring of 2022. Convenient to Purdue & downtown Lafayette. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Musical instruments included in living room in addition to smart TV for your entertainment. Enjoy overlooking Fort Ouiatenon from front porch rocking chairs.
