Perfect Home for Our Family Stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property during our trip for my sister’s graduation. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautifully maintained and even more spacious than we expected—it easily and comfortably accommodated all 8 of us. The layout of the house was perfect for a group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, but also great shared spaces where we could gather to eat, talk, and celebrate together. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and we loved having a dining area big enough for the whole family. The location was perfect, close to Purdue (10min drive) and Lafayette. The host was excellent—responsive, friendly, and proactive. Check-in was smooth, and they provided clear instructions and helpful local tips that made our stay even better. I especially appreciated the fast free wifi, free pack'n'plays, and washer and dryer in unit. This house truly felt like a home away from home. All in all, this home helped make our trip memorable and special. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay with family or a group.

There some spots between the windows that are dusty but not a big deal unless you have little kids running around and poking their fingers everywhere. Another down side was the temperature was uneven among the bedrooms and downstairs: we turned the AC to 74F but it felt hotter upstairs. Two of the three bedrooms have ceiling fans and the third one had nothing. The property is pretty quite mostly until cars/trucks drive by at 55 mph or more. We couldn't open the bedroom windows for ventilation because the cars would wake us and our daughters up. Most doors make too much noise especially the bedrooms'. Last thing, the microwave is having trouble sucking out the smoke from cooking, triggering the fire alarm multiple times during the day, even when we were just making scramble eggs and toasts.

A comfortable inviting home to return to at the end of the day

House was recently remodeled and redecorated. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook in with useful small appliances, good microwave and range. The front porch was excellent with a view into Fort Quiatenon park, perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Good shower and comfortable beds, even a slipper tub on the first floor. TV in main living room and each bedroom.

Some road noise from S. River road. Be careful pulling out as people drive too fast on that road.
