Great location, within easy walking distance of Kyoto train station. Host was very accommodating. Property met all our expectations. There is even free parking onsite for one vehicle.

いわゆる古民家の内装をリニューアルした民泊と思われます。室内はきれいで清潔。タオル、歯ブラシ、シャンプー類、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ドラム式洗濯機、乾燥機、食器、ティッシュ類など宿泊に必要な備品は全て揃っています。 It appears to be a private lodging with the interior of a traditional Japanese house renovated. The room is clean and tidy. All the necessary amenities for a stay are provided, including towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, microwave, refrigerator, drum-type washing machine, dryer, dishes, tissues, etc. It is just a few minutes from Kyoto Station.

外で寝ているのかと思うぐらい防音ができていない。駅前のため電車の音、バイクの騒音、サイレン、人の声、猫の声、なんでも聞こえてきて、気になる人は眠れないレベルと思います。一棟貸しなのに人数が増えると値段も上がるのは謎。 The soundproofing is so poor that you might think you're sleeping outside. Because it's in front of the station, you can hear trains, motorcycles, sirens, people, cats, and everything else, so I think it would be difficult for people who are sensitive to noise to sleep. It's a mystery why the price goes up as the number of people increases, even though it's a whole building for rent.
