Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und für eine Familie sehr praktisch geschnitten. Besonders positiv fanden wir die moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, das große Wohn-/Esszimmer sowie die insgesamt gepflegte Einrichtung. Die zentrale Lage ist ebenfalls ein großer Vorteil: Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Ort sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der Hochsaison gibt es allerdings auch deutliche Nachteile. Die Parkplatzsuche kann sehr lange dauern, da in der Umgebung kaum freie Plätze zu finden sind. Auch die Zufahrt durch San Vicente ist zu Stoßzeiten teilweise stark verstopft. Außerdem ist die Wohnung wegen der Lage an bzw. über einer engen Gasse/Straße recht laut. Geräusche von draußen werden zwischen den Häusern stark reflektiert und sind auch in der Wohnung deutlich zu hören. Wer bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, sollte das berücksichtigen. Ein weiterer Punkt: Von der Wohnung hat man keinen Blick auf die Bucht bzw. das Meer, obwohl die Lage auf der Karte zunächst etwas anderes vermuten lassen könnte.

excelente apartamento por su ubicación y aunque es un edificio viejo, el interior está totalmente reformado con todo nuevo y muy bonito
