Lage sehr gut: mitten im Ort, nahe an Lokalen und Geschäften. Unsere Wohnung lag im obersten Stockwerk: Schöner Blick aus allem Fenstern, Fenster in viele Richtungen. Mobiliar und Bilder schön, doppelte Vorhänge (hell plus lichtabweisend an den Seitenfenstern) praktisch, Dachfenster mit guter Verdunklung und Wärmeschutz.
Küchenausstattung etwas spärlich. Gelegentlich roch es Diesel-ähnlich in Küche/im Essbereich. Vielleicht Schiffsdiesel von Außen oder doch von Innen? Jedenfalls nicht so angenehm. Ausstattung (einige Stellen z.B. Sofa) und Fußboden schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovierung wollte demnächst vorgenommen werden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. seiner Vertreterin etwas schwierig, wenig freundlich (und nur auf Spanisch).
