La ubicación
Puerta del baño sin picaporte (estaba roto, descolgado y preinstalado del revés, lo que no permitía cerrar la puerta), baño cvon muchas humedades en el techo, fachada completamente en obras que impedía tener ninguna vista (que precisamente era el punto fuerte de la casa), obreros delante de la ventana (obligaba a tener persiana de habitación totalmente bajada si querías un mínimo de privacidad) y el consecuente ruido de las obras, taladros, materiales etc desde temprano por la mañana. Además no había detergente para el lavavajillas.
