Superb location. The views of the ‘hermita’ and of the bay were stunning. Quiet location. The owner was very helpful regarding the parking space for our rental car. Lots of natural light. The mattress in my room was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Dishwasher functioned well. We had no need to use the washing machine.
Breakfast was a challenge - no toaster, no wooden spoons/spatulas for making (e.g) scrambled eggs.
There was no corkscrew either - but the owner said that if l bought one, he would reimburse me.
Although the apartment was generally clean an tidy, l had to wash all of the cutlery (food stains) and even the cutlery drawer (full of dust!). Finally, upon stripping my bed at the end of my stay, l saw that the mattress protector was covered in lots of black hair (I’m blond). It was rather disgusting.
The cleaning team needs to do a much more thorough job each time they prepare the apartment for guests.
