Dobrze urządzane mieszkanko, posiadało wszystko czego tylko dusza mogłaby sobie zapragnąć na krótki urlop. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, spora jak na rozmiar mieszkania toaleta i kawałek balkonu na poranną kawę to również duże plusy.
Przez to że samo mieszkanie znajduje się na obrzeżach lecco, niektóre miejsca takie jak np. Sklepy spożywcze są dość daleko, ale to wynika tylko z geolokalizacji
